If you’re looking to refund or exchange your order, we're here to help!
Refunds or exchanges must be within 7 days of receiving your order if your delivery is either not what you ordered, damaged or you believe it to be faulty.
You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. We will replace or refund (at our discretion) any candle that you’re not entirely satisfied with. We ask you to provide additional documentation, such as photos, for any products reported as damaged when received.
To initiate a refund or exchange, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Unfortunately, we will not offer a refund for change of mind.
Shipping Cost will not be included in refunds and returns.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
We will notify you once we’ve approved the refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
